Their goal is to ensure fulfillment of basic rights of children and families under harsh circumstances or in high risk, especially those that due to physical/mental conditions require specialized care. They provide shelter and support through preventive actions in health care, psychology, therapy, and education. They facilitate social and educational integration, along with spiritual growth of all those with both normal and special educational needs. Integral development is promoted in all children that are part of the programs of boarding, habilitation, rehabilitation, prevention, and education.
