La Gran Fiesta de Formula Uno de SADCO será la vispera de la carrera de F-1, el Sábado 18 de Junio de 7:00 p.m. hasta 1:00 a.m. Será una gran fiesta al mejor estilo nuestro con DJ Elkin Zuluaga.
Venga y disfrute de una oportunidad inigual y espectacular al poder caminar por los garages de Fórmula Uno en el Autódromo el día Jueves, 16 de Junio. Podrá recorrer los Pits desde las 8:00 a.m. hasta el medio día. La Sociedad Amigos de Colombia, SADCO, es una organización Hispana sin ánimo de lucro en Indianapolis que desarrolla programas y proyectos sociales, educativos y culturales. El objetivo es apoyar y promover la educación entre los jóvenes Hispanos en Indiana mediante un fondo para becas y conferencias de orientación enfocadas a continuar estudios universitarios. Igualmente SADCO promueve la cultura Latinoamericana mediante conciertos, recitales, conferencias, exhibiciones, en las bibliotecas, colegios y escuelas en el Centro de Indiana. SADCO desarrolla ayudas de orientación a familias que llegan a radicarse en Indianapolis, ayudas a la niñez desamparada, asistencia en caso de desastres, y muchas más obras sociales.

Come get an up close and personal look into the F1 garages on Thursday, June 16th. The Annual USGP Pit Walkabout will take place from 8:00 a.m. until Noon. Autograph sessions with current and former drivers, live music, exotic show car displays will all take place during the morning. All you need is your race day ticket in order to attend Thursday's events. SADCO has partnered with Indy Jazz Fest to program the Latin Party for our local community and Latin American F-1 visitors. You will enjoy a great party with the music and food.

The ticket for the F1 Latin Party of SADCO is $15/person and can be purchased saparate from the package.

The Friends of Colombia Society, SADCO, is a Hispanic non-for-profit organization in Indianapolis that carries out programs and projects in the social, educational and cultural areas. The goal is to promote and support education among Hispanic youngsters through a scholarship fund and lectures focused on encouraging pursuing college education. SADCO also promotes Latin American culture through concerts, recitals, lectures, and exhibitions at schools and libraries in Central Indiana. SADCO develops orientation programs for new coming families in Indianapolis area, aid to children in need, disaster relief aid, and much more.

Hospitality Committeee

SADCO has been invited to become a critical member of this committee to provide the liaison to the Latin visitors and home Spanish-speaking community during the Formula One week in Indianapolis. SADCO will provide volunteers, information in Spanish, advisory, orientation during the Formula One week which is on June 13 through June 19. To all those visitors and race fans, welcome!

It's time once again to bring our fabulous community team together to plan Indianapolis's hospitality and events for the US Grand Prix week. Volunteer recruitment has begun, Volunteer Team Leaders have met, and the Grand Week Committee has been fast at work organizing!
